AshbiaTECH was started by Ashley and Bianca Kerchhoff. Ashley has both a BSc Computer Science and a BSc (Honours) Computer Science degree in addition to his 18 years of IT experience. Bianca has a BCom degree as well as a Diploma in business management, in addition to 7 years of multi-faceted financial roles. It is this combination of Ashley's technical experience and Bianca's business mindedness that serves as the foundation of AshbiaTECH. Also, and very importantly, as the owners, we share a belief in providing a professional and customer-centric service, not just in word but in continuous demonstrated action.
In addition to the qualifications and experience of our owners, our data recovery expert has a BCom (Honours) Information Systems degree and several years of experience in the field. Across the team, we have various skills backed up with recognised certifications such as A+, CCNA, Business Analysis, etc. Our team combines these qualifications and experience in order provide such services as computer repair, data recovery, home and office IT infrastructure, Internet and network connectivity, IT consulting, load-shedding solutions and office furniture.
Our company vision is to be a premier provider of world-class IT services to SOHOs, SMEs and the greater public. As many studies and research has shown, small businesses are quite critical to the South African economy. As such, our company would like to position itself as preferred provider to these types of businesses. We also have a passion for education in South Africa as we believe it is the way in which we can address the injustices of the past and facilitate real change and growth within previously disadvantaged communities. To this end, we have mandated to take on a significant portion of IT projects related to educational institutions.
